Registration

To use the services associated with the product You will have to register to the Platform, for which you will be required to open an account by completing the registration process. Your ability to continue using the Platform, and availing the Services associated with the product provided by us is subject to Your continued registration on the Platform and usage of Our product. You will be required to enter Your personal information including but not limited to your name, contact details, valid phone number, and email address etc while registering on the Platform and creating your account.
By using the product and its associated service, You allow us to personalize and enhance your experience while using the Service, based on your personal information, usage pattern, reminders, customization preferences and other relevant information. When you use this feature, you expressly consent to information about your activity on the Platform. Our Platform shall retain your registration information after cancellation or withdrawal of your registration as required under applicable law(s).
You agree and accept that as on the date of Your registration on the Platform, the information provided by You is complete, accurate and up-to-date. We shall, in no way, be responsible or liable for the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by You. If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform by you at any time.
By submitting our webform, you agree to receive promotional calls on the number shared, and such calls and SMS would be coming from a third party platform

Eligibility to Use the Platform

By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you agree that you are at least the age of majority (18 (eighteen) years of age in case of India). You represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving, using or availing services under the applicable laws.

Company reserves the right to refuse access to the Platfrom, Goods & Services, at any time to new Users or to terminate or suspend access granted to existing Users at any time without according any reasons for doing so.
You are prohibited from using our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to Intellectual Property laws)

Company owns, reserves and retains all property rights, particularly intellectual property, including copyright for this Platform and the information contained therein. The brands cited on this Platrofm are not exhaustive and are registered trademarks of the company. All the patents, logos, texts, page layouts, visuals, photographs, graphics, icons and any other distinctive items contained in the Platfrom are the exclusive property of Pai Control and/or such other legal brand owner(s). Any representation or reproduction, in part or in whole, for collective use, on any medium or using any process, is strictly prohibited without written permission from the Company and/or such other legal brand owner(s) or the assignees or successors thereof. Any breach of this copyright and/or any other intellectual property rights would thus constitute infringement under Intellectual Property law.

Third-Party product usage

Most of the products of Pai Control are in consonance and compatible with the ‘Third-party’ products also. Hence, we wish to make it clear that the consumer may be required to use third party accessories and tools along with our products, without any change or modification “as it is available” without any promotion, representation, warranties and conditions of any kind and without any modification or change. As a consumer, You are free to use any third party product which suits your needs and budget at your will. We don’t recommend or refer you any specific product, brand or company. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use or purchase of optional third-party accessories and tools.

We do not indulge in selling, promoting or distributing the third-party products ourselves directly, however our supply chain partners can be distributor or partner of various other manufacturers at the same time, for which we do not provide any indemnity or warranty. Any product of Pai Control products purchased by you along with third-party product from the supply channel partners or distributors separately shall be used by you on your own risk for which the Company does not take any responsibility. For using Third party products, We suggest You to refer to their terms and conditions before you engage in any transactions with them. We also use third-party products for product display as well as on website and social platform for promotional activities and in no way, we recommend, promote or advertise or provide any warranty or indemnity for Third party products.

There might be some third party weblinks on our Platfrom which may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for any content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages caused to you in connection with any third-party websites. Please read carefully the third-party’s policies before you engage in any transactions with them.

We further wish to make it clear that, even though along with some of our products require consumers to buy and use third party products, consumer has free will to choose whichever brand or company product he chooses to use. We have no intention to infringe upon any IP rights of third party (ies). We are a respected company with good-will in the market and we wish our consumers to experience brilliance of technology and in no way we intend to infringe any third party IP right and we shall not be held liable in any case for third party IP infringement.

Product Warranty

We provide standard warranty and after sales service for each product of Pai Control to the End User (“End user” means a person or consumer who buys a product to ultimately consume or use it and, which does not include dealer, supply chain partner, retailer and any other person which may be included or excluded by the company in the course of business) from the date of purchase of the goods. In the below mentioned cases the Product Warranty provided by the Company will become void if –

Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, usage or other activities inconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications attached to the device;
Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires, lighting, excess rain or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, inappropriate voltage, defective supply materials or other external factors;
The device that has been tempered with by the Warranty beneficiary or any other person in any way, including reconfiguration, repair, willful constructional variations, modifications and adjustments;
The device with the Guarantor seals damaged or illegible;
The activities specified in the operation manual, which remain the sole responsibility of the Customer in his own capacity is not followed;
Defects resulting from the usage of improper or non-genuine supply materials;
Damages due to the user’s fault or lack of knowledge; or
Any other reason/case which the Company may add or remove in its Warranty Manual.

Representations and warranties

You agree to use the Platform only: (i) for purposes that are permitted by this Terms of Use; and (ii) in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines.
You represent and warrant that You have not received any notice from any third party or any governmental authority and no litigation is pending against You in any court of law, which prevents You from accessing the Platform and availing the Company’s Goods & Services.
You represent and warrant that You are legally authorized to view and access and use the Platform and avail the Goods & Services of the Company.

We will do our best to offer you a smooth service but do not guarantee that goods and services in the Platform will be free from any fault. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Goods or Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We will occasionally restrict your access to the Platform to carry out repairs, maintenance or to introduce new functionality or services and we will endeavor to keep disruption to a minimum.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, product and service change, suspension or discontinuance of any Information, Goods and Service.
